Scott is exceptional and hardworkert!!! I called Harwin and Associates after being arrested for an alleged extreme DUI. Mr. Harwin knew exactly which intersection I had been stopped at just by mentioning the area I was in. Harwin and Redmon were extremely prompt and very professional, they had me in their office for a consultation the day I called them. I came to Mr Redmon when I felt the criminal justice system had let me down. I hired Mr. Redmon and he immediately got to work on my case. He knew the prosecutors and Judge personally from his experience as a prosecutor in the Tucson City Court which I believe really helped. Michael Harwins firm provided excellent professional services. From the first call to inquire about legal representation Mr. Harwin was responsive and thorough in his assessment of what the representation would entail. He was concise in his presentation. The fees he quoted were fair and very reasonable. There were no hidden charges. After the first interview Mr. Harwin turned the representation over to Mr. Scott Redmon. Let me preface this by saying that I am a military member so a favorable trial outcome meant the difference between being able to continue my 10-year career or possibly facing discharge. Harwin and Associates won my case at trial and had all charges against me dismissed. They put my life and career back in my control and returned my peace of mind. On the morning after my arrest for suspicion of DUI, my wife and I researched extensively online for the best DUI attorney in Tucson. In our time together, I got to know Scott quite well as we talked about everything from hobbies to sports to family. He is an extremely genuine, intelligent and likable guy who is a devoted husband and father with strong family values. He was absolutely the perfect fit for my case and our win at trial was as much a testament to Scott's abilities as it was to my innocence. I trusted Scott and Mike with my life and can honestly say that I would do it again without hesitation. Mr. Redmon was very compassionate in helping me to understand the situation of my medical billing issue, I was so frustrated with this issue and was at the end of my limit dealing with it.
