Having Scott and his team as my representatives was one of the best decisions I have ever made. After making a tremendously stupid decision and getting charged with a DUI Scott was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving plea. From the first time we spoke I knew that I was in good hands and that took a lot of the stress out of the process. Where do I begin? Scott Redmon has been such a blessing. After experiencing the worst night of my life from getting a DUI, I called Scott and Mr. Harwin the next morning. I have never been in trouble with the law for any reason and I was absolutely terrified and ashamed. Scott and Mr. Harwin were able to see me later that afternoon and they instantly put me at ease. They assured me that I was not the first good person to get a DUI and that I would be in good hands with them; and they were absolutely right! They were very knowledgeable and were able to calm my anxiety as much as possible. Scott was able to get my charges reduced to reckless driving with no jail time, no interlock device, no suspension of my license, and no humiliation of having a DUI on my record. Throughout the process, their team did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me informed. I find myself struggling to write this review for Scott Redmon. My struggle is in trying to find the words that come close to expressing how much our family appreciates the hard work, guidance, honesty, and encouragement Scott provided during one of the most difficult times this family has gone through. The only word I can come up with is blessed. We were blessed to have found Scott in the sea of “stereotypical, give me your money and take a number” lawyers. We were blessed to have his ear, his heart, his guidance, and his diligence through this unknown and high risk maze we were navigating. Finally, we were blessed to have the outcome of a full dismissal in the extremely difficult Marana court! Our 20 year old son is a first responder and was charged with a DUI in Marana. Our son’s career could have been over before it started. Unlike most other attorneys, Scott makes a personal connection with his clients. He is very calming, professional, and responsive. Scott specializes in defending first responders, professionals, and others whose careers are dependent on a clean record and more negatively impacted by a DUI. Scott worked with us to clearly set expectations and understand the process. Whenever we asked for a call or a meeting, he was exceptionally responsive, positive, and personally connected (you will not be made to feel like a number, or more specifically $$). Scott was able to prove the officer had no grounds for the stop, and had made several other mistakes during the stop and in his report. The case was completely dismissed! In summary, I believe we were truly blessed to find Scott. We cannot thank him enough for fighting for our son, his career, and the communities he has, and will continue to serve. We can’t recommend Scott enough. He can’t guarantee and outcome like ours, but no matter what the outcome, you will know that Scott will have done absolutely everything possible to get you the very best outcome possible.

I was pulled over unlawfully by the Pima County Sheriff's Dept. The Sheriff was new to the Dept. and lied about the reason he pulled me over. Mr. Redmon was able to prove that the stop was unwarranted and that the officer abused his power to serve his own objective out side the law. Mr. Redmon won my case and all charges where dismissed of a DUI. Mr. Redmon is an honest, professional and truly cares about people. He represented me for about a year and was always there to answer all my questions in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Mr. Redmon. Thank you for all your help!

Mr Redmon assisted me thoroughly throughout the intricate and harrowing process of being charged and convicted of a DUI. With AZ's tough mandatory minimum laws, there is only so much any attorney can do, especially if the blood alcohol reading is enormously high. Through a plea he was able to reduce the charges and have others from the same traffic stop dismissed. As a former prosecutor he knows the ins and outs of the local court/legal system as well as the people. He was able to get our case before a judge who is deemed to be the most lenient. He is very attentive. He always returned emails or calls in a matter of hours or less, not matter how urgent or trivial the matter-- something busy attorneys aren't typically good about. Even though our contract has expired and this is largely behind me he still answers any questions and concerns promptly. I've had other representation that once you're done, you're done--they won't give you the time of day. He also has a calm demeanor which helped significantly to put me at ease in court settings and such. If you need defense, I doubt you'll find any that surpasses him.

Scott has been great! He helped me out with my bankruptcy case and recently helped out with my husbands case. Scott always returns messages on a timely manner and the transition for both cases went very smooth. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Scott Redmon saved my career. I was charged with DUI over a year ago and we decided to take my case to a jury trial. This was one of the most stressful experiences of my life but I had full confidence in Mr. Redmon. He is stunningly intelligent, aggressively protects his clients and has a photographic-like memory. Seeing him in action during the trial was amazing. He knocked it out of the park and the prosecutor could not keep up with him because Scott was prepared beyond measure. I met with Mr.Redmon and Mr. Harwin they were so kind and understanding of my situation. This was the first time in my life I ever needed a lawyer and was scared to death. They listened to me and calmed me down. They explain the process in language I couldn understand . Told not to worry they had my back and they sure did. Scott went to court for me I didn’t even have to go to court they handled everything! These men called or e mailed me after every court date. Explaining everything to where I could understand exactly what was happened unlike some lawyers who just take your monies and leave you hanging never taking the time to care about their clients.
