I was referred to the Nesci St. Louis Law Group from a colleague of my Moher after being charged with DUI - physical control of a motor vehicle. After calling, I received a rather quick appointment with Mr. Nesci to review my case. I found their all inclusive price to be fair and selected them as my Attorney. They immediately began formulating an aggressive defense, provided me with a packet of resources and took ownership of my case. The Paralegals in the office are extremely kind and keep you updated along the way. I found Mr. St. Louis to be genuine, fair, extremely competent and just a good guy to talk with. Even after all his years of experience, he's still a very genuine person. He and the other Attorneys in the firm all work together to represent their clients best interests. After three years of dragging out in court, the trial date was approaching. I waffled back and forth between taking a plea. One of the Associate attorneys who I'd only had brief interactions with took time from his clients to reach out and encouraged me to take the case to trial. They get no more money for this, in fact it probably cost them money because then Mr. St. Louis had to put together visual aids and put in many hours preparing for trial. I took the advice and am so glad I chose to fight for my rights. Mr. St. Louis is a hell of a litigator. His genuine ability to connect and talk with people such as perspective jurors to exclude impartial persons, his through research allowed him to hold Police Officers to their word and disprove certain facts, and his legal savvy allowed him to object and make motions in my favor throughout. I was lucky to receive a not guilty verdict from the jury and couldn’t be more pleased with the verdict or the legal representation I received from Joe St. Louis and this firm.

Mr. St. Louis was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects in the case of my DUI charge. He helped me from day one all the way to trial in the most professional manner with respect to his client. I was charged with a DUI in October and knew I needed the best defense attorney in Tucson, so I spoke with a friend who retired after forty years as an officer with the Tucson Police Department and he said that Joseph St. Louis of the firm of Nesci and St. Louis is the most respected anywhere in Arizona. I would give Joe 10 stars if it was possible. Joe represented me and was successful in obtaining a full dismissal of my case. From my very first meeting with Joe, he highlighted the potential flaws in the state's case and those exact flaws ultimately led to my dismissal 16 months later. I contracted Joe through (at the time) Nesci & St. Louis in 2017. Mr. Nesci has since retired, but Joe was always handling the case. Although their fee is higher than most, the saying "you get what you pay for" is applicable. Joe did a magnificent job of case research, preparation, filing motions and, importantly, listening. Although in this case it appeared the prosecutor should dismiss the case, he was determined to go to trial so we finally went to trial in early 2020. After one day of prosecutor's witnesses testifying, and Joe tactfully and thoroughly shredding their testimony, the prosecutor dropped all charges. The case was unusual and Joe can't guarantee that you're going to win, but what i can guarantee on his behalf is that you will get the most thorough defense possible. Very pleased with his work ethic and organization.

I got Joe's number from a family friend and called late at night, as I had just learned that my son had been arrested at a nearby university on marijuana-related charges. I am on a different coast and was very nervous and stressed and in a panic. Much to my surprise and relief, my call was returned in minutes. Mr. St. Louis immediately reassured me. Mr. St. Louis identified all the ways the police and lab mishandled everything in my case and presented it concisely. It was an unusual case that sheds light on problems in this system, not just my own case, which is awfully important for everyone. He put me at ease in a situation that had me (figuratively) on my knees in life. I felt completely secure with him given he nailed detail as well as the overall picture and addressed these.
