When you need a lawyer to represent you, there is no one better. I had to use his services twice. Once in federal court and once in a State Case. Both in which my freedom was at risk. I have recommended him to friends of mine, and he has never let anyone of them down. If there is away to win he will find it.

I honestly do not like most attorneys but Tom made me feel comfortable and confident. He won my case with ease. I have known him for nearly 20 years and would recommend anyone to him. He is always direct and to the point and will not make promises he cannot keep.

A police officer tried to push me around by sending a ticket for theft to me in the mail (I was uninvolved with this crime, it was based on someone using my phone number). After discussing the case with Mr. Hartzell the prosecutor was stubborn and unwilling to make a simple deal to reimburse the business that had been stolen from. Thomas Hartzell then crafted, and filed a (thirteen page) motion that was so well written and researched that the prosecutor just gave up. done and done Unlike most other lawyers he was always willing to take my calls personally, was friendly, and kept me well informed. Whenever I need a lawyer in Arizona for anything, I consult him first.
