My experience with Attorney Hamilton and his law office were exemplary. Josh is a consummate professional who can demonstrate empathy for his client. I was arrested on a significant drug charge. He quickly managed to have me released on a personal bond. In the ensuing days he set up meetings for me and my family. The initial meetings purpose was to get to know us and to introduce himself and his highly professional and caring staff. Over the next few months Josh and I had multiple meetings to determine what my defense would be. During these meetings I realized Josh's complete understanding of the law and his extraordinary ability to maneuver through the legal system. Josh took an initial plea agreement offered by the government of 108 months and through his legal ability managed my sentence down to 24 months. This was a huge personal victory. I am a 70 year old man. This meant the difference between dying in prison and being able to resume my life after I serve my sentence. Josh's legal ability, although outstanding, is not his greatest attribute. His empathy and caring for me as his client is far and away his most important trait. I can't tell you how many times Josh would call to see how me or my family were doing. On one occasion, Josh met with my entire family for two hours while he was on vacation. He accommodated to our schedule. No one does that. Josh will continue to represent me as I begin to serve my prison sentence. You have no idea how much piece of mind that gives me knowing that he will do everything humanly possible to assist me . If you need a defense attorney, you should stop when you hear the name Josh Hamilton. You will not find a better attorney or friend. Ed

I was engaged in one of the most serious cases a person can find themselves in and Josh Hamilton and his team where not just professional and on point with my case but incredible in and out of the courtroom. Josh took my case seriously from the moment I met him and gave it to me clear and cut, he worked tirelessly to make sure i got the justice I deserved. I had a potential federal case come before me in my work environment. I called and they were so willing to work with me on getting into an in person consultation even though I was 2 hours away. We spoke on the phone, and then had a meeting I specifically spoke with Clay. He was knowledgeable and had a defense prepared before I even left the consultation. With everything still being in process, all I can tell you, based on my experience with him, he will fight until the end and he won't give up!

The best thing about this law office is their dedication. Josh never stopped working for us, never stopped believing that there would be a great outcome and even when it looked like all hope was lost, he kept working until we got the outcome we were looking for. The absolute 100% best. I cannot stress how much I appreciate and how grateful i am for Josh and Carol. They took up my brothers case in 2018 and never left him since. Their work is excellent and speaks volume. The complexity of the case will have anybody fearful and doubtful but not them. Right from the start they maintained a positive vibe and their professionalism is exceptional. I am so happy i found them back when me and my sister in law were googling appellate lawyers. If i could hug them now i would. My brother was released two days ago and even though the case is not done i am pretty sure the end results will be a good one.
