I met with Mr Katsarelis after meeting with various other attorneys. In our first meeting, after explaining my situation, Mr K picked up the phone and made a call on my behalf. I was impressed because other attorneys had not taken any action when given months. He paid close attention to my story and concerns without rushing me. He listened and incorporated my suggestions into his strategy. His experience and professionalism were clearly evident in our meeting. Mr K and his staff, especially Jasmine, were available for my phone calls and readily responded. Mr K was very dedicated and expressed a personal interest in case. Apart from that, he was considerate and had good sense of humor which helps in these circumstances. All of these factors were deeply appreciated and valued.
