I am forever grateful for the excellent, thorough, and professional representation I received from Jesse Evans-Schroeder, and her entire team. I was in removal proceedings in Eloy, Arizona, facing deportation for a criminal felony offense I had committed. I had spent 6 years in prison for the felony. When I met Jesse, she had a plan for how to fight and win my deportation case for me. Her office helped me apply for bond, they went to every court hearing with me, and I was released on bond while my case was still waiting for trial with the judge. It became very clear to me that Jesse is a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. She knew how to fight USCIS and DHS at every step to make sure that we win. She explained everything to me and she always answered all of my questions. Because of the hard work Jesse and her law firm did on my case, I now have my green card, and I am now a permanent resident of the United States. After we won, the government appealed the case. Jesse won the appeals (all 3 of them). Jesse is truly awesome! And so is everyone at her law office. They are really good at what they do. Thank you so much, Jesse. You are a hero. You made the impossible happen.

We sought a Green Card Through Marriage, and received our green card from USCIS 10 months after our first meeting with Cathy (about 8 months from the moment we filed the paperwork). The paralegal Jennifer who corresponded with us a bunch was also great, really smooth communication and knowledgeable about immigration too, good team effort! Cathy clearly knows what she's talking about, and she helped put our fears and worries about the immigration process to rest with loads of information and always being available to answer our questions. The cost of the whole process with Cathy was in line with elsewhere we researched, and worth every penny in the end.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Ms. Caterina S. Kretz and her team. We had a lot of questions and concerns regarding the immigration process and from the moment we spoke with her, we felt very comfortable. She told us how the process would work and included every detail. Once we hired her, she filed all the paperwork and made sure everything was in order. Her team was always on top of things regarding photos, fingerprints and any other materials that were needed. Once they had everything, all we needed to do was to wait for the interview. Days before the interview, Ms. Kretz went through the whole interview process which put us at ease. She had prepared us so well that the day of the interview it felt like a breeze. You hear so many stories regarding immigration and how difficult it can be. My husband and I couldn’t believe how well it went. We are very grateful for Cathy and Jennifer and their hard work especially working through the pandemic. We were referred to her by a trusted friend who also went through the same process. Found them difficult to work with when it actually came down to all the case details. I feel asthough we were ripped off because they didn't listen very well, and continued to charge us as they asked the same question, three times over again, even 4 times once. This happened on several occasions, where I think, they think, we were not paying much attention. . . But we were. They're nice people don't get me wrong, but they could have payed more attention, and they could have have done more to ensure that we as clients were not stressed.. But instead they caused it for us just in their casual way of handling business. It's not casual for people who are paying thousands of dollars for this service... so sorry if I didn't give more stars for being "nice" alone. There were definitely a few times when me and my husband said to eachother " if we didn't already start the process with them we would go to someone else" .. Just to put it into perspective. Definitely explore all your options and price points before settling on these guys. They got the job done, so in a way I feel bad for complaining, but it was stressful wondering if they were going to keep missing things we have already told them multiple times. Currently, my husband's frustrations lay in this game of phone tag. Not the best at getting back to you in a timely manner, so if that bothers you, definitely something to consider.

Have contacted this attorney’s office 5 times in the past 3 weeks to try and hire an immigration lawyer. My calls go to a receptionist that keeps saying someone will get back to me and no one ever does. Are they even in business still? Do they even want jobs anymore? Had to find a different immigration attorney. One that you know you can actually get a hold of when you need them.
