Mr. Bonasera got my case due to my original attorney leaving the practice for another opportunity. I was nervous about this attorney change at first because I hired the original based on the meeting and rapport we developed. Mr. Bonasera picked up right where the prior attorney left off and kept the ball rolling. He got up to speed quickly on my case, was a great communicator and upfront with me throughout the entire process. He immediately noticed numerous flaws with the state's case and how my rights were violated multiple times. I had a gnarly separation and my wife tried to get me for everything but my freedom remained intact thanks to Joe Bonasera. My wife had called the cops on some made up DV charges and I just so happened to have 2 of the most crooked officers sent out to " assist" me. They ended up making up reasons for probable cause and arresting me. I was looking at 5 -65 years. I just sold everything to gather up money for a defense but I ended up having so much faith and confidence in Joe helping me out that I went with him. It ended up getting me unsupervised probation and 25 hours to the community. Without Joe's help i wouldn't have been able to pull through.
