I absolutely love Matthew and his team and when we started out they had a wonderful receptionist. Now they have someone else who seems to cut you off when you are talking. Or when you are trying to figure out a time to come in she doesn't give you an option to let her know when will be best for you.She gives you one choice and if you can't make it oh well. She also makes a point to get off the phone right away.

Matthew and his team worked in constant contact with me and my family to successfully transition my status from H1B to Green card. Matt and his team were there with us at every stage and always on the end of the phone happy to talk us through any queries we had. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to engage an immigration attorney.

My husband and I have been working with Matthew and his team since 2014 they have been right by mine and my husbands side. when we had our interview with immigration Matthew made sure he was there and that everything would go smoothly. when we had found out that we didn't get approved, Matthew and his team was right there and made sure everything would be OK. Jessie had helped us with our wavier and she is truly an amazing person all around. If i knew anyone going through something like i am i would tell them to go see Matthew and his team. they are right there when ever you need them and you can call or email them and they always get back to you. they really do treat you like family and make sure everything is done right.

I had an opportunity to pursue a Green Card, the possession of which would changer my status from B2 Visitor to Permanent Resident. The firm certainly knows the ropes when it comes to applications concerning adjustment of residence status. Matters are well explained and USCIS policies clarified with likely outcomes indicated. Everything is above board and transparent. I am grateful to Matthew Green for doing due diligence and ensuring that I furnished all the required documentation for a smooth processing of the petition. The process unfolded within the time frame my lawyer had indicated, and in the end I was approved. I am unequivocally content.

I don't ever write reviews or provide feedback on anything…I can honestly say this is the first time. But I had to share my experience if it helps others to decide whether or not to hire Matthew Green. Matthew assisted my husband’s criminal attorney in my husband’s criminal case. My husband was convicted of three felonies (Class 2, Class 3 and Class 4). This resulted in immigration placing a hold on him. My husband was to be turned over to ICE after he served his time. The criminal attorney was able to get the original convictions overturned and my husband was granted the option of a new trial or a plea offer to a Class 4 felony which would also likely have resulted in him being deported. I spoke to several other immigration attorneys who all said the same thing, my husband would be deported unless all of the charges were dismissed or he won in a new trial. Matthew Green was a former colleague of my husband’s criminal attorney and she suggested that I speak with him. I did and I am glad that I did. Matthew was able to suggest a plea offer to my husband’s criminal attorney which he knew would allow my husband to remain in the country. My husband’s criminal attorney presented this plea offer to the AZ attorney general’s office. The attorney general’s office said they would see what they could do. After months of waiting, we were told that they could not give my husband that plea offer. Matt then spoke to someone in the AZ attorney general’s office and after that one conversation, my husband was given the lesser plea offer less than a week later. My husband was released from prison a week after that and immigration released the hold they had on him and my husband was allowed to come home. Words cannot even express how grateful I am to Matthew Green, not only did he give me hope where others did not, he also gave my husband and I another chance to build a life together here in the US. I am eternally grateful for that.

Matt helped out a family member of mine with a very complex and difficult immigration case that had been going on for quite some time. He was very knowledgeable about immigration law and very patient with our family as we went through this daunting process together.
