I decided last year I wanted to get my Will and Trust done this year for my family. Honestly I was not sure how to go about it but I had an idea of what I envisioned. Michael and Sam were fantastic. They met with me and gave me a few options to enhance my vision that I hadn't even thought about. The process was easy and they walked me through it all. It was a great relief to know that my family will not struggle with hard decisions later on. I highly recommend Boreale Law to anyone who is looking for help in getting their affairs in order.

This is the review we posted for Samit Bhalala of Boreale Law, PLC: My wife and I selected Samit from a list of attorneys recommended by Hyatt Legal Services, which we subscribe to. He did not disappoint. Although our trust restatement was unique and somewhat complicated, Samit was fine with it. He scheduled a videoconference (this was early on in the pandemic) and we went through what we were interested in doing and why. After a short time, Samit came back with a set of draft documents for our review. We responded with a list of questions, referencing each question by document/paragraph number. We held a second videoconference to discuss the questions. Samit explained all the legalese with practiced skill and patience so that we understood. We discussed changes we were interested in and we each made a list of changes for him to work on. A second draft soon ensued. This time, since so little was off, we were able to make edits directly to the document. He compared the submitted docs with what he sent us, approved the changes, and we had a final set of document and a restated living trust. We met with Samit and a notary public to execute all the documents. And with that, we could finally relax. Samit was a pleasure to work with. At one point, as our trust desires were complex, I told him that, if what he was getting from Hyatt was not enough, we would gladly add whatever he thought appropriate. He declined, saying that he was being fairly compensated. We were shocked, since the last time we went through this process, our previous lawyer demanded additional payment. We feel this says a lot about Samit's approach - he is our advocate first and foremost. In short, the whole process was painless and the new set of documents are well done. We were not expecting the professionalism, humor, and general likeability in a lawyer. It was an unexpected surprise. We highly recommend Samit Bhalala.

My wife and I hired Michael to help us with my immigration process into the United States. He helped us review and fill out our EAD and Green Card application documents over several separate occasions. He also accompanies us to the Green Card approval interview. Michael and his team were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They explained the application requirements in a way that even we could understand, which helped keep our minds at ease even during stressful times. Michael suggested ways to make the whole process smoother, and recommended filing additional documents that supported our case significantly. We admittedly had plenty of questions for Michael, and he was prompt with his communication and presented his answers in a way that, again, we could easily understand. While clearly a professional in his field, he avoided excessive legal jargon, which helped us file all of our documents on time. We will warmly recommend Michael and his team to anyone in need of a first-class lawyer.

Both him and his assistant had terrible attitude and did not answer any of my questions, properly. Never get consultation from this guy. Response to Mr Boreale: That is not true I paid $35 for one session that was supposed to be a 30 minutes consultation, but you only spent 14 minutes on the phone with me and didn't respond my questions properly. The second time was not a consultation, I called your assistant to see whether I can hire you or not. She put me on hold for 12 mins and was disrespectful as I wasn't going to pay. I shouldn't have to pay to talk to an assistant. Absolutely unprofessional.

There doesn't seem to be any interactive live service resource center for the public that have been other victims of other injustices that they have experienced. Like all other government agencies and departments that are also not transparent with the public on the internet or otherwise. And there

Made a phone appointment with Ms. Menard. After she didn't call me at the appointed time, I called the office and was told she was still on another call. I was told to re-schedule for a week later. Not good enough. The least they could have done was fit me in the same day and/or let me know she would not be able to keep the appointment. Will find another attorney.

Was given a criminal traffic ticket. Did some research and found the Law Office of William J Parven. I called and got my free consultation. He guided me every step of the way keeping constant contact between court dates and any updates on my case. He was able to get my ticket completely dismissed which was awesome. His prices are extremely fair and well worth it, especially someone like me who could’ve ended up with 8 points on their record.
