I hired Priscilla Frisby to represent me for a DUI ticket I received in mid-February of 2018. Since I refused a breathalyzer test she told me that I was subject to a 1 year drivers license suspension. An appeal had to be filed by March 6, 2018 to avoid the 1 year suspension. However as of March 6th (the deadline for my appeal) the police report was NOT in the system. She spent the next 2 days working thru the bureaucracy to get the appeal entered and she was successful (90 day suspension instead of 1 year). The last time we met before the City Court case she said she wanted to argue my case for several reasons. She did argue my case and my case was DISMISSED (all citations and fines)!! To say I was thrilled is an understatement. The first time we met she did not sugar coat anything or promise she would get my case dismissed. She has a handout for DUI's and explained how the system worked. These things helped me understand the system and the consequences if convicted. I am now taking my own advice and obtaining Priscilla Frisby's services to handle my divorce issues which have been going on for 2 years It took me about 2 seconds to make this decision. Win or lose, I know that I will be well represented if she is my Attorney. She has proven, without question, that she is honest with her clients and she CARES about each case.

Very good attorney and staff. The office kept good contact with me from the start of the case until my injury case was settled. Mr. Lara was very polite and always returned my phone calls. I was provided with all the resources to address my injury and all of my bills were paid. I also received compensation for my injuries and I was reimbursed for my lost wages. I highly recommend this office.

Not great. Paid the $35 for a consult fee. I contacted the attorney 2 days later and left a message since I had not heard from them first. My call was returned 2 days after that. A message was left for me that the attorney would be unavailable until the following Monday. Never heard from since. Luck of the draw I guess.

Attorney Lara filed a lawsuit right after the insurance company made a low offer on my case. Two witnesses were interviewed and pictures of the scene and the estimate of my vehicle were used as evidence. Also, my treating doctor agreed to attend the hearing and testified on my behalf. My doctor and my attorney were able to prove that the car accident injured my neck and back and that I lost wages, and time from my personal activities as a result. After the arbitration, I received ten times the amount of the original offer. I was very happy with the final outcome.

I received more than I expected from my injury case. The claims process was facilitated for the injury claim and the property damage to our car. Mr. Lara filed a claim immediately and got our vehicle repaired through a top rated body shop. The claims adjustor acknowledged that their estimate was severely deficient and the new report included all the damages to my vehicle. Great!

Mike looked at some contracts for me, for prospective jobs with traveling doctor agencies. He helped me find some tricky items embedded in the text of the contract that I must have read earlier and not fully understood. Like taking a car to the mechanic before purchasing, Mike helped me look under the hood before signing on with locum tennens agencies. He did the work I asked him to do, and charged me reasonably. I’m glad I contracted Mike and would recommend him to others who are seeking to make informed decisions regarding professional employment contracts, including those for doctors.
