Thabet represented me in a lawsuit against a restaurant in which I fell off an unlit corner of an outdoor stage and broke my leg. He quickly gained my trust (no easy feat) and never complained at the amount of times I called with questions or a need for reassurance. He took the time to get to know me as someone more than just a client with a broken leg, and always surprised me with his patience and empathy (I've heard too many lawyer jokes). He was always straightforward with me, and was well-versed in the laws of the county in which I live, even though at a distance from Tucson. He never pressured me, and he let me take all the time I needed to make all the hard decisions these cases seem to entail. Best of all, he made it possible for me to settle with the restaurant in a way that satisfied both the owner and me. I recommend Thabet without reservation to anybody looking for excellent help with a legal problem.

Thabet N. Khalidi of Khalidi Law Firm, PLLC is my neighbor and was recommended to me by a lawyer friend in September of 2021. I found Mr. Khalidi to be duplicitous, perfidious, unorganized and lacking knowledge of the financial aspects required in dividing community property. Additionally, Mr. Khalidi and the opposing council Mr. Robert Lewis III erroneously tried to utilize 2005 superseded case law Biddulph v. Biddulph (1985) to massively overvalue community property in favor of the petitioner. My goal was to settle as quickly as possible, and Mr. Khalidi made this process very difficult for them. I provided Mr. Khalidi with evidence and expert witnesses, which he dismissed. I also tried to hire a different attorney, but Mr. Khalidis peers refused to take over my case or were busy. I gave Mr. Khalidi one star because I couldn’t give him a lower evaluation.

I highly recommend Mr. Khalidi and his staff. Professional, helpful and communicates with his clients in an efficient manner. He never billed me for time he didn't spend on my case and did a great job of keeping me informed. The bottom line is, if needed, I would hire him again!

I can say without hesitation or reservation you cannot go wrong with Thabet Khalidi. Hands down the best attorney I have ever known or worked with. I am a Viet Nam Combat veteran, self-employed most of my life, absent business only for my military service. I have never had anyone more willing to go above and beyond the call to duty as Thabet did in my case. (that is without risking life and limb). My case started with a federal tort action for medical malpractice against the VA. I searched for more than a year for a lawyer willing to take on the VA in a Federal Tort Action. I was turned away by many saying they did not think I could win. Finally found an attorney in the DC area that stepped up. 1st tort action, hard fought but we lost. We filed an appeal, lost again. After losing a Federal Tort Action and appeal, you can sue the Federal Government in civil court, however, Federal Tort Action rules apply. I believe this is the reason that many firms were reluctant to take on my case, so I filed the suit myself. I had fought the good fight for six years and lost but I was not ready to quit. I filed the suit and all required documents Pro Se representing myself. I sure do not recommend that. Soon I am in desperate need of legal advice and representation. I am so grateful to Honorable David Bury, United States District Judge who asked if I would mind if he tried to find me an attorney to take on my case. WOW, did I mind, no way! I really appreciated the thought however I gave it little chance of success; after all I was willing to pay and had no success in finding a lawyer. Soon after I received a call from an amazing, down to earth human being, who offered me an opportunity that every other lawyer I approached denied. That amazing human being was Mr. Thabet Khalidi. Thabet reviewed the case and discussed it at length with me. I told him that several firms professing to be malpractice experts deemed a successful outcome highly unlikely, yet Thabet agreed to take my case. That was the beginning of the end of this six yearlong battle. The ending, a very nice settlement from the Government. Just as important, Thabet proved the standard of care I received was inadequate. I have to live with the results for the rest of my life, hopefully these results will be helpful in preventing someone else’s pain and suffering. Thabet and his exceptionally professional team helped me win custody of my two children which involved an out-of-state relocation. Leanne compiled all of this over two years as this painful story developed and created 2 4-inch binders of perfectly organized information. Thabet is very worth the money it costs to fight for your family. He handled a stay at home pregnant mom of 2 very small children who was loosing her mind going through a divorce with compassion.
