I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY. Handled my divorce, no kids easy property settlement that was final in January but inconsistent billing and final payment receipt still unresolved as of today. Made me feel like her fees were more important than my case. Made payment in full June 4th and I have been asking for a paid in full receipt since June 4th and not getting one.

Mike is truly an awesome lawyer with so much compassion and integrity for his clients. He's the best in the biz.

Jessica is SO knowledgeable and our go-to for all things foster, adoption and foster-to-adoption related! She was adopted as an infant and her parents also fostered, and then adopted, one of her siblings - so she knows firsthand all the ins and outs of both processes. She made finalizing the adoption for our daughter seamless and smooth and was personable and communicative throughout each step. She’s an excellent lawyer and truly loves what she does!

At consultation he seemed to be focused and positive regarding my case. I put my trust in him. He made several promises regarding my case and did not follow through. I was constantly having to follow up with him and continuously having to repeat and remind him of what we had already discussed. At one point he even called my ex spouse by the wrong first name. Several times i had to resubmit paperwork work, that i had already submitted, that he was unable to find, (and to this day he has never returned my paperwork). Several times he tried to pressure me into settling because he was concerned about getting paid. I had to edit all of his documents several times. In court he seemed flustered and fumbled over his words. He did not remember specifics of the case and i had to correct him and do most of the talking. I felt he did not have me or my children’s best interest in mind. He did not advocate for me or for my children like he said he promised. He let the opposing attorney walk all over him and us. He called for a court hearing that was not necessary but cost me a lot of money. In the end i came out with the worst end of the divorce. He was insincere, unreliable and uncaring.

Lisa was very rude to me and not willing to help me out whatsoever. I am currently seeking legal help to get my small boys. Lisa was very irrational to me basically giving her two sense and that was it. Made me feel very affended and angry. Horrible i wasted my money to get chewed up and spit back out. No empathy at all!

Trustworthy, Compassionate, and Professional Lawyer I have had the unfortunate need of using Lisa Benavidez a few times over the last 6-7 years. She has always been on top of things and absolutely professional. She rarely, if ever, makes mistakes and doesn't forget anything, unlike a few other nameless attorneys in Tucson. She is absolutely one of the best Family Practice Attorneys in town. And, on top of that she's completely ethical and compassionate. Elisabeth was recommended to me, not from the person who hired her (i did not know that person), but from the person they went up against in court. Thats how good she was. Unfortuannly i have had a few lawyers over the years, with child/parenting issues. I would never recommend or go back to any of them, until Elisabeth. I cant be happier with my court outcome and if i ever need a lawyer again, i will not hesitate to call her. Not only was i extremely happy with Elisabeth, but even her office and staff were easy and helpful to work with.
