Michael Fleishman was fantastic! He took all of the stress off of our plate with the piece of real estate that we acquired through the tax lien process. He knows the process inside and out. His pricing is very reasonable, and he kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Michael on any of your real estate legal needs.

I hired Michael Fleishman on recommendation of a friend for assistance with the acquisition of my company by another entity. Michael had an attention to detail and my best at heart at every turn. I negotiate contracts for a living but these sorts of contracts are not my wheelhouse. He caught things that I didn't and also let me walk this experience out based on my faith as a follower of Christ. Later I found that he also is a follower of Christ, so no doubt that he was/is a God-send in my time of need. Thank you to Michael for all the assistance and with his understanding in some of the decision making on my part. Much of it wouldn't make sense to anyone but another follower of Christ. He was definitely the one for the job. He comes highly recommended!
