Lee Burdette took on my personal injury case even though there was no legal precedent in this area. Actually, existing laws made my case look impossible. Everyone, including about 20 attorneys I interviewed prior to Mr. Burdette, found my situation morally reprehensible and not within the intent of the current laws; but they said I could do nothing about it. Mr. Burdette agreed to take on my "leading edge" case. We won on a partial summary judgment ruling - the most important one! Not only did this set a new legal precedent in this State - and improve the laws going forward, it also made the other party negotiable and we were able to settle without going to trial. Mr. Burdette worked closely with two other attorneys, who I also very highly recommend: his partner, David Burkett and family attorney, William Lawrie. All three were professional, excellent communicators, fair, knew what they were up against and how to tackle it and have the strongest sense of ethics.
