James did a great job winning our car vs semi case. Our attorney is organize and well handled the case before and after the trial of the case. James is very supportive and well taken care of our legal and other needs for the case. While during my recovery, he accommodated and give us the information necessary for our situation during that time. Atty. James Penny even helped us with different calls to aid our needs for getting a medical care and possible surgeries. We are very satisfied with his excellent service.

I'm often careful of who I refer my folks to since I know they have high expectations for service, but I had non sending them to Jim after their accident. He patient and speaks to his clients on their level. They immediately called me after meeting with him to rave about how awesome he was and how comfortable they felt with him. I don't wish anyone to be involved in an accident with injuries, but if you are, call Jims ASAP.

We were caught between a builder, a bank and the government. Christine helped us resolve the issues and we were able to recover many of our losses and get on with our lives. I believe we would have been left with nothing but bad memories had Christine and "Betsy" not been there to help us. They truly put in the effort and were willing to make certain their help was affordable for us. I sincerely thank them a lot. You would be hard pressed to find someone that will work harder for you. I truly recommend them if you're needing legal help.
