Matthew represented us at a Trustee meeting when our Phoenix attorney could not be present. He was knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, when my existing attorney became "disengaged", we contacted Matt and he spent a lot of time helping us understand some issues we were having. He was supportive, helpful, and gave excellent advice even though we were not his clients. I highly recommend him and he will be my first call for any future legal issues.

Great lawyer and staff. Matt explained in the initial consult in great detail the process of filing bankruptcy. From the consult to the discharge Matt and his staff were professionals. Halee the paralegal who handled my case was well organized and knowledgeable. Every call was returned promptly even when I had a minor concern. They have a very reasonable and flexible payment plan and from my experience will likely work within just about anyone's budget. They knew the trustees, their nuances, and how each handles cases differently. Made a very stressful process go very smooth and painless. My only regret is not walking into his much office sooner.

Matt & Halee are the best!! I've never had to file nor did I ever think about it, going through a divorce and hard times I didn't know what to do or where to turn too, I was offered a better job but my credit was holding me back I talk to numerous lawyers and felt so stupid after leaving I thought what am I going to do?!?! Came across Matt's name on google figured why not what's one more lawyer's attitude/judgment going to do... Called to set up a free consultation they got me in for the next day. Went in I ended up writing the wrong time so I was 1.5 hours early Matt came out and took me back early anyways, sat down nervous as ever for a few seconds he made sure I knew it could happen to even the best of the best, and that we can get it done and over with leaving me with a clean slate to start over and better my future! He was very friendly, jokes around and helps you feel that it'll be fine and he's there each step of the way to help and makes it the easiest it can be! The second part of the process I did everything with Halee very friendly, and helpful as Matt and again letting you leave the office not feeling like a failure! You can contact her via phone or email she gets back to you right away I sent her 2 emails in a row before I even sent the second one she had already replied to the 1st one! The process was quick and easy the only thing that took time was me getting everything together that I needed and I was the only one that had access to it otherwise they'd probably do it. The fees were affordable me being a single mother was able to pay it, and every other lawyer I talked to the price was crazy something I could never afford! Thank you so much Matt & Halee! You both were tremendous and did an awesome job!

Matt is super awesome. Works with you, takes that fear of bankruptcy away. The ladies at the office are so helpful and kind. If you are looking for someone who knows his stuff Matt's your guy.

I went to Matthew Foley's office to discuss my situation. Yes, he is well versed in his knowledge of bankruptcy. After we started our discussion he could see I was frustrated and suggested we reschedule on a different day he said he wanted to do a little research and he would get back to. This never happened. I know I probably sound a little frustrated but I'm not. I just expect people to do what they say they are going to do. One other thing, one of the reviews on his website says he doesn't judge you, he sure was judging me!

Mr. Foley and his office staff are delightful, charming, and warm to the concerns I had regarding filing bankruptcy. After retaining his services, they all were consistent in this charm and warmth and were patient to hear my questions and thorough on responding. The procedure was painless and although you have to do some of your own legwork to help yourself get the best from bankruptcy, they took the time to walk through and explain everything in detail and slowly and assisted in every aspect of everything.
