Very good lawyers

Anyone in business has consulted and/or worked with their fair share of attorneys. Most of the time you’ll be bombarded with law jargon and technicalities, that leave you feeling overwhelmed. Not so with Mr. Foley! In one consultation he offered straight forward, no nonsense legal advice, and is clearly an expert in business banckruptcy. Beyond law and legal matters, he is a true professional that understands customer service which made our meeting easy and comfortable. #highlyrecommended

There was only one reason that I didn't hire Matt Foley, that being he talked me out of it! His honesty is off the chart, not to mention his personal ways. After going over my debt of 18k personal and medical he said it was a very easy chapter 7. There was no need for me to pay his fee of $500 plus $335 filing fee when he was convinced after talking with me that I should do it MYSELF. he expounded there was no way i could "screw it up". He answered everything I asked and told me to call his office if I needed any help. If you can believe this he even walked me not only to the door but all the way to the elevator. After going online I would say he is one of the top three lawyers for bankruptcy. He should be the only ONE in my book.

Mr. Foley handled my chapter 7. After my first meeting with him I instantly felt better about the whole thing. I was stressed about my finances and felt guilty for even considering a bankruptcy. I felt like a total failure. Mr. Foley was able to help me see that it was the right business decision and was also able to help me by pointing me to resources for a redemption loan on my vehicle. If you are considering a bankruptcy attorney, I would recommend you consult with Mr. Foley.

Matt helped get us a chapter 7 bankruptcy in a quick and professional manner. He explained the process step by step and allowed us from feeling overwhelmed to relieved. He stopped the garnishments from continuing and I even got my garnishment checks back. if I ever needed more help in the future, I would go back to him and recommend him to anyone that needs help with debt.

Matthew represented us at a Trustee meeting when our Phoenix attorney could not be present. He was knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, when my existing attorney became "disengaged", we contacted Matt and he spent a lot of time helping us understand some issues we were having.
