The staff are very polite and always ask if I need water or anything else. They also have lots of patience. I don't hear well. They have to repeat what they say a lot. They didn't mind me coming in instead of doing things over the phone. In person is easier when I can't hear good.

We just signed paperwork giving Mr. Killpack and his team authorization to represent my spouse in a complicated SSI/SSDI case.
