Carl Sammartino has been a blessing, I am retired law enforcement in need of a lawyer that pertains to a real estate purchase over 20 years ago. I had a stumbling block to sell it because of past requirements that have changed since. This case was a matter of principal not money ...trying to do the right thing Carl helped me in spite of no promise of a big return like an insurance liability case. Many lawyers told me no because they didn't see the dollars. Carl not only listened to my case he brought forth knowledge, compassion, understanding, and integrity. Carl knows what he´s doing. He´s quite familiar with Tucson and the area and helped me tremendously in order to get through an eminent domain case. My family had owned the property for more than 20 years and we had no intention to sell, yet when Tucson forced me, Carl was there to guide me through the process when it got tough. He is quite responsive and always puts a lot of thought into his answers. He is very trustworthy too. I highly recommend Carl for any eminent domain case.

We contacted Carl to understand if we could rescind a contract and perhaps take our real estate company to court. Carl's free consultation spanned several days and several emails. He was exceptionally responsive. As it turns out, our case is weak and we could not use his services. However, if we ever need legal assistance, we will contact him.
