Basically Collections Agency run by Lawyers working for Big Corporations hassling the little guys, threatening people to revoke licenses if they miss a payment, they raise the stakes high if you miss a payment, their pretty much the "Wannabe Messiah's of the DMV" But you can find them grabbing tacos across the street.
