I struggled to get my disability claim approved and was declined ( as most people are ) and had to appeal that decision with additional medical paperwork and Dr. letters. And finally decided that I needed help. I hired Hallinan & Killpack to assist me. And within 3 months of retaining them, I was approved ( after 4 long years of battling with SSD ). ALSO, after speaking with Jeremy Killpack, in regards to the fees that the law firm is able to charge ( was max 7200. In AZ. But has since been increased as of 2025 to 9200. ), he was VERY FAIR and only charged me HALF of the fee, since my case was so quickly resolved! It surprised me to see a law firm NOT charge the max ( even when it was within their legal rights to do! ) and actually listen and FAIRLY treat a client!
