Went with someone else who was seeking assistance with an issue and had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes or so. No big deal thats what i was expecting but what i was not expecting was for the front desk employees to yap the entire time. Mostly comparing who can cook better but what irritated me and why i wont use their services is every client they hung up with they slammed or every case file that was mentioned they had nothing but bad things to say. These are people they are supposed to represent and instead they are bashing them behind there backs. Once they called a client who said it was a bad time to talk and as soon as the phone hung up the lady turned to her coworker and said "it wasnt a good time to talk, so ill just put that on their ss packet. Not a good time to talk and see where that gets them" How incredibly rude that really made me mad!

Very professional clean and helpful. I wrote this years ago when they first started helping me. Now it's been since September and seem to get annoyed when I contact them. Since issues have been able to get my disability after 7 almost 8 long years.

I wish I had met with several lawyers prior to signing contract with Joane E. Hallinan. She did not even start working on my case until a week before my hearing. And then I found out her incompetent staff lost authorization paperwork and failed to request documents from my doctors. Two days before my hearing I drove to my doctors and had them fill out required paperwork. It was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience, lack of knowledge about my case, lack of effort, lack of communication, lack of respect. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this law office to anyone.
