Upon my initial meeting I found Sarah competent in my divorce and financial divorce struggles. It wasn’t long after that she was intimated by me ex-husbands counsel and no longer represented me as I paid thousands and thousands for. I overheard her with opposing counsel belittling me while I was waiting for a scheduled meeting, that I paid for. Sarah then failed to show up to hearings as a competent attorney. She never raised when the Judge spoke etc. I had evidence in my case that she should have submitted and she never did even after asking her to. I was a victim of extreme domestic abuse that she discounted. My ex husband was jailed as a fugitive from justice in Columbus, Georgia. She never brought gun t any of that into the courtroom. Instead, I had to pay my abuser fees on his false claims. She told me that she specialized in getting children back…then told me that financial divorces were not her specialty. Being upfront and 25k later. Also, she referred me to another financial attorney that required a 10 k retainer.

Sarah was fantastic! She was prompt in her services and had my best interest in all things.

Sarah was compassionate while being straight forward and to the point. She doesn’t mince words and gets the job done! She handled our parental termination case quickly and very efficiently, I had a court date before friends of mine doing the same thing, even when they started months before me! I highly recommend her to everyone, and would never hesitate to retain her as my lawyer again. Her legal secretary is just as helpful, honestly the experience couldn’t have been any better!

Sarah is very experienced in her field and has the knowledge to advise you in even the most difficult situations. She was even recommended to me by other lawyers in the field. I was going through a difficult divorce and custody battle and knew nothing of what to expect. With Sarah I felt organized prepared and empowered to win my case and we did just that. She was always available within reasonable hours and was always advocating for me and my concerns and needs. Sarah was absolutely phenomenal for us. With all the information and exhibits we presented, she fought for us and understood why we were fighting for this change. Her prior knowledge in the school system and her vast experience in her criminal justice career, she took the fight to our opposition and never backed down. She definitely is a lawyer that will fight for you hands down.

Sarah helped with a complex case involving various community and sole and separate property assets to be sorted out. She made sure I kept as much of my retirement as the law would allow saving me tens of thousands of dollars in the end of the process. She also dealt with vicious x-wife in manner that exposed her motives before the judge. Child custody was complex and unfortunately not resolvable but nit for lack of trying. In the end, I spent $20,000 less in attorney's fees than my X while receiving the better representation for my case.

Sarah was really the worst decision my family and I made! She didn't fight for us one bit and we ended on the bad end of the ruling. Highly unorganized and very expensive for nothing! I will admit her assistant Ashley was very helpful but as far as Sarah in court, not what I expected from her after our consultation. She expressed that she was outspoken and would be very vocal and that was not the case at all. I wouldn't recommend her one bit!

Sarah is a top shelf lawyer. Not only did Sarah & her skilled team get me all my requests, but she took the time to get to know me personally and my family and find out all the needs and requirements That were vital to my case that I was not able to vocalize.
