With tremendous compassion, dedication, and hard work, Carlo Mercaldo made sure I was compensated for the devistating injuries I had incurred. Marco Mercaldo contacted me back quickly, offered his cell phone if I wanted to talk over the weekend and of course the office number. When I called, he personally took the call and asked for details of the issue. The highly personal concern; professional, and speedy service were greatly appreciated. I was involved in a 7 car accident and everyone wanted lawsuits . He went above and beyond the whole time . I remember answering a email he had sent me at 430 am central time one morning and he immeadeatly responded . He has even called me right after I emailed in middle night . He is extremely courteous, friendly , honest , and above all he really cares about clients .
