Called them regarding a medical malpractice case that left me in a wheelchair. The "law professional/attorney" that I spoke with was the most unprofessional jerk that I've dealt with in years (and that's coming from a retired cop who has dealt with the worst of society). The person I spoke with basically wanted me to have everything ready to file a suit (all medical records, which I have already tried to get, something I was asking for assistance with since the hospital has been stonewalling me ). Really rude, unprofessional, lazy, or whatever other negative adjective you can think of. The epitome of an ambulance chaser who is just lazy.

Can't say enough good things about Ron and his team. From start to finish, their professionalism was matched by their obvious care and concern for us personally. Always quick to respond, kept us in the loop and led us to a great result. Highly recommended.
