Worst lawyers I've not seen.I asked if they would take on the V.A and even after I said the doctor said he missed alot and had to do another surgery. Now a third which scares me they told me I would have to get a second opinion first. Now if I could afford that I would not be going to the V.A which I had to wait years for

Worst representation! I had underinsured and non-insured insurance through my insurance company who refused to pay out and these guy's dropped me as they're client when I refused to take a $500 settlement that I would only get $100. Now I owe Geico for court costs and lawyer's fees.

I was praying Grab & Durando would be the highly rated Lawyers that I trusted they would be when I trusted my case with them...I LITERALLY NEVER GOT ANY HELP for months...not a phone call or letter to let me know ANYTHING THE WHOLE TIME....even after begging them for help, my pain...im still suffering...AND FOR MONTHS I'D GET RANDOM RARE check ups (it wasn't ever a LAWYER mind u..but his ASSISTANTS)and they would APOLOGIZE profusely, then tell me they would call me back with more status updates but NOPE NEVER HAPPENED! NEVER ...theu LITERALLY took the word of the "place" I was INJURED BADLY saying that my word isn't the TRUTH BUT HERE'S THE THING...ITS AT A PLACE THAT HAS 24-7 SURVEILLANCE (Which I've requested BOTH from LAWYERS & "PLACE" of injury!!! It WILL show me falling HARD & FAST in a ROOM THAT IS SUPER SLIPPERY ALL THE TIME....Ask anyone who has walked thru this SLIPPERY room b4 OR LIKE I REQUESTED MY LAWYERS GO VISIT FOR A WALK THRU IN THIS ROOM & then tell me....THAT I AM NOT ONLY PERSON TO SLIP IN THIS EXACT ROOM...I wasn't asking for much...just a GOOD LAWYER THAT HAS MY BACK & I CAN TRUST WILL FIGHT FOR ME but unfortunately that was NOT my experience with Grab & Durando (they even referred me to great SSDI LAWYER who also has Indian Law experience SO I'M NOT SURE WHY THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED HER TO HELP ME & WHY THEY TOOK WORD OF OTHER "PLACE" NOT MINE OR WHY NO INVESTIGATIONS were done on MY behalf?? My other LAWYER lady they referred me to was VERY good & won MY CASE LIKE A BOSS! SO THANK U FOR HER....SHE COULD HAVE HELPED IS WITH THIS...MAYBE IF U JUST ASKED HER!?! NOW I'M LOST CUZ TIME WENT BY AND THEY JUST SAT ON MY CASE. .NOW WHAT?

I stumbled across Grabb & Durando from their website...in which is why I am reviewing here. For a Lawyers site, it is as slick as they come. Nothing comes close to it in town! Highly recommended you check it out.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. My case was turned down by the receptionist. I used their web page on a Sunday night to state a case of a dog bite inflicted upon my wife and dog by a foster dog about 10 days prior with injuries requiring a trip to the ER for my wife (with surgery) and an overnight stay at the Vet for my dog who was within an inch of her life. I called between work events the following Tuesday asking the status of my request for consultation and they didn't know anything about it. The receptionist asked what it was about and I gave her a brief version of the events. She puts me on hold and comes back on the phone to tell me they will not take the case. I have no problem with a refusal to do business with me, but I do have a problem not talking with someone I perceive to be qualified to consider my request. That is poor business etiquette, plain and simple.

Fair and honest. There were some issues that arose between the firm and I which led to my dissatisfaction.. On a positive note, I do give credit Mr. Grabb as he acknowledged these issues and made things right. I would recommend the firm to anyone looking for fair and honest injury lawyers

Mr. Stoltz has a true passion for what he does. He was exceptionally helpful, always prompt to respond to any messages I left for him, and did a wonderful job on my case. Being in court is always a very stressful and tedious experience. Mr. Stoltz ALWAYS made every effort to make me as comfortable as possible, and his presence was very reassuring. I can't say enough good things about him. He truly made a difference in my life! I highly recommend this attorney.

These lawyers are the exception - clear, direct, speak english and do not promise the moon. In our case they doubled our settlement just by putting in one form to the insurance company.
