Appalling experience in handling my legal affair. Emails not returned within a reasonable amount of time, and resubmissions of documents that had initially been submitted. Unfortunately, did not receive the service that was expressed at our initial consultation.

If you're looking for a lawyer who makes trust matters personal and turns families against each other, and barely does anything professionally or in a reasonably timely manner this is the lawyer for you. Thinks years of experiences means he can bend things to his will . His expertise in lawyering intimidation on families , harassment tatics ,and allegations are top tier specialities. You say he's unprofessional he'll threaten to sue you and intimidate to to cave into your own morals. Goodluck

Lied to me,had me waiting with no response,finally got a response, they kept my death certificates and told me that they have them, after they told me to bring them in,they gave us an appointment during Mr Willman's vacation,not a helpful experience

Gerald Hawley was my attorney for a brief time. However, I soon had to distance myself from him when it became clear he was a narcissistic bully with serious ethical shortcomings and blatant disregard for the truth. He is less interested in resolving conflicts than in throwing gasoline all over every family fire he gets near, racking up unnecessary attorney fees along the way and ultimately destroying personal relationships beyond repair.
