We had Don Loose Law Group draw up our wills in 2007 after moving to the area. This year we had new ones done, and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. The staff is very professional and easy to work with. In these times, everything was done by email until the signing which was done in a very clean and closed environment. My husband and I met with the Loose Law Group to set up a family trust. Due to Covid-19, we had our first meeting with Don Loose over the phone. He was patient, personable and knowledgeable as we continued to ask question after question. When it came time to go to the office to sign our trust, we appreciated that they had thoughtfully planned our appointment when no others would be in the office so that all the safety aspects of Covid could be followed. I feel we received quality legal service and I would recommend Loose Law if you are in the need of such services.

Great service and easy to work with.

I needed to update my will when I moved to AZ, and went to Loose Law group because it was the highest rated firm that took my legal insurance. Lyndsay Mellon prepared my documents and trust, and it was a great experience. I have had previous wills, but this is the first time I understood the ramifications of a living revocable trust--you probably need one if you own a home. Lyndsay was great about answering my questions, and gave me a lot of good advice. I highly recommend her, and loose law group for wills, trusts, etc.

My wife and I set up a trust with Don Loose many years ago, and were very pleased with the service back then. So when it came time to update our trust in December of 2019, we called him back up and we were not disappointed. It was a very easy and quick experience. Initially we were intimidated by the idea of creating a family trust and getting our wills and power of attorneys in place. We met with Loose Law for an initial consultation and Michelle provided us with the Estate Planning in Arizona Book. After our meeting with Don, we felt confident in the process.
