Amy an attorney with Loose Law was very rude when returning my call. If her inability to listen to the nature of my call and offer useless advice is a reflection of the type of representation they provide, I am fortunate that the office does not handle my type of claim. Her tone was very unprofessional and dismissive. I was referred to the Firm via MetLife Legal Plan and I will also share my concerns with them. In the future, I would hope their representatives take the time to be polite, attentive, listen without interrupting the speaker. These are the minimal things I expect from a quality Law Firm.

It is an amazing firm! I called in and Rachel was very nice and welcoming. She booked my appointment and the the whole process for living trust and will was very smooth. They explained everything in detailed and answered all my question. Great firm to work with if you are in need of planning for the future!
