I have known Barry for many years. He is a kind, compassionate attorney who truly cares about getting the best outcome for his clients.

Over the course of my association with Barry Bellovin I have found him to be intelligent, curious, meticulous, and honest, as well as generous, compassionate and kind. Although I haven't personally worked with him in a professional legal capacity I would not hesitate to recommend him in that regard!

Throughout year-long the ordeal, Mr. Piccarreta provided not only extensive knowledge of the process and what I could expect, he was also extremely compassionate and understanding of the pain and trauma I was experiencing. Marc will give you his honest assessment regarding legal options and consequences. Our case was initially dismissed by the district court in Tucson. The case was appealed to the Court of Appeals - (9th Circuit). The 9th circuit court reversed the lower courts decision and sent the case back to the lower court. When that occurred, Marc sent a demand settlement proposal to the opposing party, which was a large national insurance company with their large national law firm. A mediation hearing was set up with the insurance company's law firm. The mediation was a stressful, long day, and Marc's skills and talents were on display. His empathy and timely sense of humor helped minimize our anxiety level during the arduous day. When it was finally all over, Marc had won the day, providing a wonderful settlement for us. If either one of us are ever in another situation that requires the use of Marc's services, Marc will be our first phone call. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication are exemplary.
