They have all been very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and it is very appreciated. Over many months of interacting with Teresa and staff, I've gotten a clear impression of competence, knowledge, experience and transparency, at every turn. What set this firm apart from other firms in the area, for me, is that they had a wider range of levels of service. Many firms in Tucson offered to help guide me to be the personal representative, and Teresa definitely offered that, but she also was able to offer the service that the firm would themselves act as representative. Because of long distances and my difficulty with travelling, that option was perfect for me and my family. Highly recommended.
