Update- after review it seems that they made so many errors in my case the only conclusion I come to is intentional loss. They are throwing eviction cases on purpose. - original review - If your looking for help with evictions don't go here. The judge does not respect Jill Shaw. His words. She can't even maintain a line of questioning. - your better off reading it yourself. - I will post more as decision come in through the appeal process.

This place was recommended to me. Called 3 times. No answer. First time the call hung up at 11:44 am due to them going on lunch at 12. Second and third time it hung up due to me being on hold for 15 minutes. Everytime I call back, more people are ahead of me. I don't know how else to get in contact with this buisness.

These Atty's do help @ Lowered costs. I got advice & if Your Low Income, You can get representation, Good Luck. Is kinda 1st Come basis esp. in Divorce Issues. Who shows up & signs up wins the Representation. Gather all ownership Docs. Vehicles w/ Vin ##'s, Mortgage Docs. Any Items You wish to keep, Receipts, auto loan Docs etc. Go prepared w all papers needed to claim in Divorce. Advice**** Keep all about Your plans quiet. Do the paperwork They expect You to fill out, do it precise, ( No Guessing here. Proof of Purchase ,Ownership Docs, all receipts from anything You want to keep items, or next best thing, Bank Statements. Your going to be fast, precise, matter of fact, be able to provide proof of purchase for all items You want to keep beyond the Divorce. Birth Certs for Self & Children. Proof You live on premises and Complete info. On anything You want to claim as keeping after Divorce. So get busy before the appointment w/ Lawyer, be prepared, be orderly w/ Papers.( By dividers with pocket in a Notebook. Envelope put like items together in, Your Notebook. Take notes, write important dates of things that occured or new things be specif if Related to any abuse, dates of assaults info. Regarding a blow out, Hospital check in for care after an abuse happens. Dates, Perwork proving Diagnosis if any, but proof of it happening. Line up a Friend willing to go with or take You to Appointments. Making sure They agree to be a Witness. Be careful in abusive marriage. Keep Quiet, don't tell the partner of Your plans. Just Don't! You need a Friend willing to be ready in moment notice, Cars can be sabotaged so You can't go to file, keep other Appts. It can get crazy quick. Don't be a big mouth. Be Safe,Organized, have backup plan for emergencies, if things go sideways or You feel unsafe get out, stay w Your backup Friend, Don't argue, Write a generic letter to Your Spouse that You are staying away for a bit or until They have control of Their Anger, if abused took place, once You moved out partially go Obtain a Restraining order, list abuse events dates or approx. Dates of abuse, all Your witnesses must keep silent about Your Location. Do not trust the begging, empty promises of won't do this again to You, is A ploy to get You back under His/ Her Control! A trick! Don't buy it, NOTHING CHANGED! NEITHER DID HE OR HER! ABUSE CAN & DOES END IN DEATH OR DISABLED FROM PHYSICAL VIOLENCE! NO JOKE HERE! IT CAN & WILL GET WORSE ESP. WHEN THE SPOUSE REALIZES THE ATTEMPTS LYING, PLEADING, BEGGING, IS FAKE.WHY THEY CRY IS THEY LOST THEIR CONTROL OVER YOU, YES THEY WILL BEAT YOU AGAIN IF YOU GO BACK! AND AS HE FEELS THREATENED, LOSS HIS CONTROL TO AN ABUSER HURTS HIM, IT'S NOT YOUR LEAVING MAKING HIM CRY, HE CRIES HE LOST HIS CONTROL OVER YOU. DOES HE HATE ME? I HAVE ASKED THAT QUEST. MYSELF. ANSWER IS YES HE HATES HIMSELF, VERY FACT IS HE HATES HIMSELF. HE HAS NO CAPACITY FOR LOVE. SO HE FEELS HE HAS NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE. THOSE ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS MEN / WOMEN IN THE WORLD,* Nothing to lose, no conscience, doesn't see what He has done, He thinks abuse is arguing yeah, very twisted thought process, He beat the spark outta You? He stole Your Spirit Away! Believe He is not Caring what He does or Says to You or others, He has NO CONSCIENCE* HE SEES NO WRONG IN HIMSELF. HE HAS NO SELF ESTEEM ONLY THE Obedience HE GETS FROM CERTAIN OTHER OF HIS VICTIMS. THE MOST PRECIOUS THING HE RIPPED OUTTA YOU WAS YOUR SELF ESTEEM. YOU NEED COUNSELING ASAP! YOU CANT SEE THE INNER WOUNDS! YOU NEED GUIDANCE DURING THIS LAST FINAL MOVE YOU MADE, THAT WILL GIVE YOU A LIFT UP. JUST USE YOUR COMMON SENSE. CHANGE LOCKS ON EVERYTHING TO STAY SAFE! This place is a joke. They don't return calls and if you no closer than number 3 on the waiting list it will hang up!

I'm wrongly being evicted from my mother's house by my sister and Southern Arizona Legal Aid services helped me to get it dismissed. Thank you so much! God bless you.
