These guys want you to fill out for help online, but if you have a question and want to talk to someone, don't call, unless you want to leave a message, and hopefully someone will call you back. I have called them twice in the past two days, hoping someone in the operator position or an attorney would actually answer the phone, nope, so & so, isn't available, please leave a message. We all know Covid affected a lot of things, but the number of cases are dropping and vaccine numbers have gone up, please decide to go back to work,and work regular office hours.

FAST SERVICE , VERY PROFESIONAL ND FRIENDLY . STAFF. VERY HELPHFUL..

It took 3 weeks to get any legal help. I had to resort to getting onto their Facebook profile and sending a long pleading private message to finally get a response.

This office is completely unprofessional made over 100 phone calls finally spoke to A Ms. Carmen Ortiz basically to hear every excuse she could come up with about her being on vacation and no one checks her msgs,, and excuse about being short staff she spend more time telling me this than actually asking about my situation,, went from that to cutting me off to tell me training was starting to then get hanged up on.. and this is a place where they are supposed to care about a child's best interest ,, Completely unprofessional was told I was going to get a phone call next day nothing don't waste your time these ppl don't care... Hoping to find a way to file a complaint P
