They refuse to provide service to me because I'm not a citizen

Nice people that work they help me with my concerns and putting me in the right direction I think them.

I keep forgetting it's income based. So if you need legal help be sure your combined family income (CFI) is Broke. And even then it may be difficult to qualify. So you may have to be either Beyond Broke or Dirt Poor. The point is if you need legal help regardless of income you're not going to get it here. And any other resources they provide have you questioning whether or not you do have a legal issue.

so do you guys never answer the phone! i been calling and calling and it just says theres no one available then hangs up!

Very unprofessional!!! by the time I finally got through the lady just kept talking and would not let me explain my situation . she kept going on about different situations by the time I was able to get in two words then she finally stopped and said that my situation was different than what she had been explaining. If she would have given me 2 minutes to explain and if she would have listened to what I was needing help with instead of wanting to talk the whole time maybe she could’ve been more helpful and informative. Overall Not very happy with the service especially when we’re not able to come in . And then having to call consistently and repeatedly because you get hung up on after 15 minutes! It’s very unprofessional and seems like they’re doing that on purpose because no one wants to help the less fortunate Just my opinion I would have given one star, but she did at least give me some information that I was able to work with and was able to figure it out on my own. But that wasn’t the help I was expecting

Not very helpful on a personal level. No one in office but one other consumer. Greeter says to call and make appt. Don't know why she couldn't make appr. Specialization to make an appt? I hope not. The info I found on web was exactly the same. Seems like there's either no lawyers to help or there is a HUGE disconnect.

I reached out to Southern Arizona Legal Aid on April 24, and by July 1, my case was set aside, and I was granted a Certificate of Second Chance. This experience has been transformative for me.
