This whole organization is ableist, misogynistic and victim shaming oriented. They pretended I needed to compromise all my basic human rights to be treated reasonably by a family court judge, after leaving my ex who broke bones, tortured and terrorized my family. I’m permanently disabled from abuse, and If I complained that it doesn’t make sense, they would threaten to not help me at all. In the end the judge completely destroyed any possibility of me keeping my son bc he denied me alimony or child support, so I have no income! I can’t get disability bc of no work credits and history of marriage to a non qualifying spouse. I can’t even get the retirement money I was supposed to get in the divorce settlement bc these idiots set me up for failure, made sure they didn’t ask for anything that could let me make an appeal, then abandoned me to be literally disposed of! I have too many disabilities to even read all the court docs, especially with the severity of my PTSD, but now I have to do court hearings alone since they abandoned me. They wouldn’t even help me try to fight for disability, despite knowing I’m permanently disabled and I had two psychologists witness to that in my divorce trial. So now I guess I’m just waiting to wind up homeless and die while my son is perpetually abused! They decided it wasn’t even worth appealing my case bc all these ppl see me as a disposable human being get for being disabled. Because these horrible people at are only capable of gaslighting, and I suspect maintain their funding, to protect the wallets of abusive men & abusive judges!

Do not use this service. Unprofessional, unresponsive, legal knowledge is lacking.

Wasn't helpful at all

Both districts are giving me the run around. I had an issue with a section 8 unit in Tucson. Phx legal aid won't take me bc the case happened in Tucson. Tucson legal aid won't accept me because I've since moved to Phoenix. Both offices said I Definitely have a case but they can't handle it.

Always resort to seeking assistance when and if you need it. The will help you!

They are very slow but it's because of the high demand once you get an attorney it gets better. They do not charge anything for 99% of services
