Extremely disappointed in the initial process here and the Cavalier and nonchalant response that I received I expected quality and detailed consultation but basically got the runaround anything but definitives and specifics mr. Rockefeller proceeded to tell me that my case monetarily just wasn't big enough to take on this leads me to believe that he assumed it had a numeric value to it as if he was able to quantify my case based on very little information however refused to give me the criteria that he's basing this on. He didn't even seem to know about non economic losses like pain and suffering. Be careful and be sure this Firm is detailed with you & assure to get other opinions as mr. Rockefeller May in fact be turning people away based on very little information this is disconcerting. People come here not simply to be filtered through your selection process but to atleast continue moving in the right direction. Turning people away simply because you dont see an open and shut case slapping you in the face seems cavalier, nonchalant, not helpful etc. Not providing relevant information as you deny service also seems cavalier. Information which you possess, like the numeric value you envision my case holding since it was determined the value of my case was not high enough. This might discourage someone and derail a "Solid" legitimate case.
