After dealing with my ex on my own for the last 3 years, i reached out to a few attorneys in Tucson looking for help. My situation being very difficult made having an attorney a must. I live in Las Vegas and my kids and their mom live in Tucson. Matt being Ex Military, and myself being Active Duty, made our conversations less like an attorney talking to a client and more like two guys down range talking about our issues lol. This made me feel very comfortable talking about the issues i was having. Matt and Bri were very professional when they needed to be and very relaxed when needed as well. They speak to you like a person instead of like a check book. I've had my experiences with those types of attorneys, Matt is not one of these. I would recommened these guys 100%, esppecially if you're in or have ever been in the Military. Matt knows his way around things!

Wow 2020!!! What a year! I hired Matt Randle to help me with my divorce after a scary situation back in January 2020. I wanted to protect myself and my son. Not only did he defend me, he was able to get an Order Of Protection for my son and myself. He was able to resolve all family matters I had asked for, including sole custody. He has an empathetic demeanor offered emotional support to myself and those I love. He is knowledgeable in other resources such as counseling and spousal abuse support. Matt Randle and Uri Palmer are the absolute best! Words cannot describe the absolute sheer knowledge these men and this law firm holds. They treat you like absolute royalty and are there to back to you up and get down to the absolute truth. Having them in my team working through my family law court case has been the best decision I've ever made, and I will never regret working them, as they deliver the utmost results through honest work. The services provided by Randle, Palmer, & Bernays is first class. They treat you like family and that is exactly what we needed for what they specialize in - family law. They are strategic thinkers and have good knowledge of the local courts to help you in your time of need. We found that they worked as a team when needed where Mrs Bernays was able to fill in for our primary attorney Mr Palmer. Mr Palmer was professional and cared about our interests, putting every ounce of energy in our case.

If I could give this firm ten stars, I would. I have known Matt for a few years now, we initially had a consultation in 2018 - I believe. Although we didn't end up needing his services then, we recently hired him just a couple of weeks ago. My fiance has a 4 year old daughter and around the time she was 6 months old her mother decided she didn't need her father. we spent over a year without being able to see her. Even recently it has been a huge struggle with parenting time, our daughter's mother has tried everything to keep her away, and eventually resorted to claiming child abuse several. Which is what led us to hire Matt, who to be very honest, was our number one choice and we hadn't even considering going to anyone else. She managed to get and emergency order to keep her away from us (after our daughter fell while she was playing with her baby brother) until there could be hearing last month. We never received service for the hearing so we took ourselves down to the court house on a Monday and finally got some paperwork. We called Matt's office the same day, got a consult for the next day - Tuesday (which was only one day before the hearing - Wednesday). Now, I would never recommend doing this on such short notice but our situation was unique. Long story short, we got to pick up our daughter the same day of the hearing, we got to make up all the days we missed with the little one and more or less everything settled. Matt did us, our daughter and her baby brother justice by representing my fiance. He is an absolute beast in the court room and does not hold back, if there's anyone you want in your corner, it's Matt. Matt and Bri are such a wonderful team and we are eternally grateful for all they've done for us.
