Have known and worked with Mr.Rabb for many years, and recently needed to up date my will due to family illness. Great working with him, and very happy with the results.

I hired Mr. Rabb after a longtime business associate referred him to me. He reviewed an employment agreement, from my real estate brokerage, and he gave me guidance regarding business/industry standards and what I should negotiate on, before I signed it. I found Mr. Rabb to be attentive, responsive and professional. He answered questions I didn't know I had, because he's forethinking. I appreciate the protection his recommendations provided, so that I could comfortably move forward.

Mr. Rabb assisted me with a variety of legal matters. He advised me on a property damage dispute, advised me on the benefits of establishing a trust (revocable vs irrevocable) and has made himself available to me whenever I've had legal questions or concerns. When my son was in trouble he stayed on top of the situation. He called early morning to check up on us making sure we were ok. He works real hard and not afraid of it. Great guy to have on your corner. He worked on some of my business transactions and helped with my son with the police accusing him of wrong doing. Police harassment.

I have had a few small matters by Mr. Rabb and his firm. Mr. Rabb and his staff have always been very professional and sympathetic.

My encounters were a couple meetings. Mr Rabb's colleague, Michael, came in to conference during his presentation of their firm's position on the matter at hand. I was very pleased with his research and courtesies extended to me throughout my ordeal that they helped me to place into perspective.
