The Front Office Was Nice the lawyers were too

No communication whatsoever. I had to submit all medical records to SS myself. I had to inform this attorney when I was approved. Absolutely useless. Total waste of ~$4k. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My experiences with Roeschke Law were stupendous through and through. These people know their craft and walk the extra mile for you. I consulted with Roeschke Law on two different occasions and each one of them was handled with utmost care and professionalism. I also appreciated working with people that care for you on a personal level instead of just handling you as a “case“. My daughter said Preston Flood is welcome at our dinner table anytime. Highly recommend.

Terrible! Had about 6 different attorneys because they quit, leave or get fired and not one replacement ever called me to go over anything. Not once. They never respond to any of my emails and it was apparent having them as my representative in court was a negative with any judge. Complete bias with this law firm. Judges hate them and take it out on you. I tried so hard to speak with someone competent only to find there wasn’t anyone. Good luck, hope you have a better experience but I sure didn’t. They couldn’t even file an appeal on time so it lapsed and had to start all over.

Update: It's gone alot worse than I hoped. Took ONE YEAR to finally get a lawyer to call me. And they want me to settle for less. No positivity in my calls. Bummer, I really hoped it would happen already. 3 to 1 🌟. I'm a client still so I will update when my case is all over. Everyone is very nice. They know what their doing and if they don't. You will get your answers. My case manager is Monica. Super nice, easy to talk to and I feel comfortable with her. Here's my only issue. It's take a bit to get a call back. And for me that's a negative. Communication is 1000% important. And Yes, even if we are still waiting for a reply from S.S. I would like a 15 second conversation telling me where we are. It doesn't hurt. I'm more than just a case, number or even a paycheck. ****So, that's where I'm at. When we win my case I'll be updating this.
