I am extremely angry! I arrived at my appointment time and waited outside while Several people entered the building and jumped in front of me. I alerted the technician that I had arrived at the appointed time and that all these other people were entering the building before me and getting serviced. I finally just went in because she was taking two other people before me when I had arrived five minutes before my appointment time. I later discovered that they were open to the general public on a first come first serve basis. She told me that that was Wednesday and Thursday. I said, “well if that was the case then why were your doors locked last Thursday when I arrived at 2 PM?” She did not know the answer. I do not appreciate the sub standard service. If I’m required to make an appointment then I expect the appointment to be kept. As it stands right now,I have taken 45 minutes of my time to get printed. I think Arizona needs to find a different method of obtaining fingerprints for the required fingerprint card in order to practice as a medical professional in the state.

Vida’s negligence cost us dearly making a difficult time so much worse. Her office is disorganized and unprofessional (fails to disclose reasonable expectation of the outcome due to overlooking “assets”, loses information and requests it multiple times, double books appointments and cancels on the same day, etc.) If your situation is anything but an easy open-and-shut case you could probably file yourself, do yourself a favor and hire a better lawyer.

She did a excellent job with my case did everything I asked and wanted. I highly recommended her in any family case or any visitation rights. She is very determined and knows what she is doing . Very professional . She is very kind and will do anything for her client to win .
