Lana was very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and shared a lot of information that I never considered. She removed a lot of the worries and pressure that I was recently experiencing.
This is the second time I needed Deason Garner & Hansen's help.
When my wife passed they invited me in as the Successor Trustee/Spouse to help answer any questions that I may have had.
I was a mess but they helped me wade through the muddy waters while making many great suggestions during the free Successor Trustee consultation.

I recently attended Deason Gardner and Hansen Attorneys Seminar on Estate planning and found it very informative. I learned a lot of new things I didn’t know, and instead of procrastinating now I have an appointment to start my Living Trust. Also, they were upfront about how much a trust will cost and it’s more affordable than what I thought. I know I need to protect my assets so that I can leave proceeds to my son without worry.
