Very informative seminar on estate planning. Free consultation gave me additional information regarding options. Went with a trust and very pleased with the professionalism of staff and thoroughness of work. The whole experience was much easier than anticipated and well worth the expense to know that my family will have everything necessary to fulfill my wishes and will be in good hands working with Deason Garner.

If you ever need advice or help with Estate Planning in Yuma, this is the place to go. Shawn Garner and staff are valuable assets to the community. The Firm offers free, well presented seminars on a monthly basis that explain the differences between wills and trusts. The seminar was extremely helpful for us in making our estate planning decisions.

Everyone should have a living trust. No probate, no court, no lawyers no hidden fees. Now that I have one, no worries about the future. Everything that I want to happen will happen. When I pass on, it will alleviate all stress on my loved ones. The onetime fee is very affordable and my beneficiary will be able to wrap things up in a matter of days. 1000 times more effective than a will. She will not need a lawyer to do anything when I pass on. All procedures are explained in the trust binders. Deason and Garner is the only place to go.
