Jay Neal is an excellent attorney...the very best!! He has kept me up to date and made sure I understood and was prepared for every aspect of the case. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone who is seeking legal advice or representation.

The attorneys in this office is not good, they settled a case that I did not agree with the amount and then said he can't change it now cause it wouldn't make him look good. Then he said i can get another lawyer but will still have to pay them plus a new one. They never called the hosp etc to get a settlement of a lower cost like most attorneys do. VERY DISSATISFIED. I have discussed this with them first and they act like they don't care, they have all kinds of excuses. I will contact the state bar association.

I can't express how appreciative I am to Jay and Chris in all the hard work they put in with my case. Every conversation we had I left knowing where the case was and what the next steps entailed. Jay always answer any questions, making sure that I understood exact what was happening and keeping abreast everything. Anytime I called I was able to speak to Jay, if I had to leave a voicemail he called back the same day or early the next morning.

No investigation is ever done and they tend to take the "word of mouth" approach instead of actually doing work and solving cases. He signs off on anything just to charge someone!!! No communication or updates on your case. Switch out secretaries too much and Mr. King is never available to speak to in person. Finally when you do get a hold of him, he is rude, arrogant and cocky. His word and help is just about as reliable as a thief promising not to steal your valuables. Don't waste your time with this firm or him!!! Whole firm needs to be shut down.

Dealing with an emotional and physical wreck, caused by a truck along I-40 in Arkansas that put my life in a miserable state, after the ordeal, I was recommended to many attorneys to take up my case. Most of them did not communicate or even seem capable of handling my case. Until I came across Mr. Jay Neal. He handled my case like a pro, he talk with me practically almost every day, he was smart and intelligent, he communicated, unlike the others. He had empathy and above all, he was genuine and honest. As our lawyer, Jay kept us up to date on our case. He contacted us with any questions to help him be our lawyer. He was easy to get a hold of through phone calls and email. If I left a voicemail for him, he returned my call that day or the next. Jay worked very hard for our best interest without pushing his thoughts on us. Very displeased. The first time I called, talked with John. Very helpful, very nice. That was about a month and a half ago. Called today to ask some questions that I forgot (considering we have a lot going on in the past month and a half. 18 month old daughter, chiropractor every day, no vehichle, dealing with insurance company, etc.) and I talked with John again. Only this time it was like I was talking to a totally different human. From the time he got on the phone he seemed as if he was in a terrible mood. Not friendly. At all. Then he instantly just wanted to send a runner out to my house to sign papers. That's not what I was calling about. All I wanted was my questions to be answered about their services. I don't appreciate being rushed to make a commitment to them. Especially when I told him I just had a couple questions. Then he proceeds to tell me that they told me that the last time I called. As if he was bothered that I forgot and he had to tell me yet again. Pardon me, I've talked to a thousand different lawyers since then trying to find the best deal for my family and myself. And all the other things I listed above. It was a month and a half ago, not last week. People forget. Then, he states if we don't sign papers he can't help us. I'm not asking him to get ahold of our insurance company and do it for us for free. All I'm asking is to answer some questions. Then, one of my questions was that since there are 3 different people, is the 1/3 coming out of each one of those. Or the total amount of winnings. We don't know, we've never been through something like this before. Then he said out of each one. My husband said "that's crappy." (He was on speaker) and John instantly got offended. He says, "we'll I have never heard it called that before. And if that's how you feel I can tell Taylor. That's how everyone does it. You can try to do it yourself then." RUDE. My husband was simply stating that it sucked that they get 1/3 of each case rather than a hole. He wasn't in anyway being aggressive or argumentative. And John took it to the next level. I couldn't believe at how that phone call went. Maybe he was just having a bad day....but whatever the case there was no reason for how he acted. And I hope he doesn't treat other people that way. I can promise you for our 3 cases.....this law firm will not be getting a dime from us due to how we were treated.
