Kristin Riggan is an amazing ball of dynamite! She took my case, was very professional and knowledgeable, and did her absolute best to do what was right for my kids. I was her client, but she wanted everything to be perfect for them. If I got emotional, she calmed me down and reminded me that I was doing this for my kids, not myself. In the end, the kids and I are 100% better than we ever imagined we could be! Anytime I have questions or need guidance, I can always email Kristin or Anna and they both take the time needed to help me. I'll NEVER go to a different attorney! I'm a Riggan fan all the way! If I could give her 10 stars I would... I highly recommend doing your research on these recent reviews...100% best attorney I have ever even heard of! Fought a 360 day fight EVERY DAY with me to get my son back! I will use her for anything I could ever need!!!! Not to mention her assistant Anna being absolutely amazing and helping me and hearing from me literally every day!!!! There is a reason she is so busy folks... it's because she is the BEST!!!! Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart!

Kristen did amazing loved her! I am a 25 year old mother who was at first having a horrible divorce at the age of 23. I seeked out Kristen instantly meeting her for the first time I knew she would not take my case lightly and she did not. She took immediate action and worked with me financially!!! I have personally been using Kristin Riggan for quite some time and I will first start off by saying how professional she is, how straight forward and matter of fact she is, but also, she is kind, understanding and she WILL NOT stop fighting for you either. She is THE BEST (and I am NOT a kiss up, I mean I am not Willy wonka...I don't sugar coat ANYTHING) I have used other attorneys in the past and Kristin has superseded EVERY expectation I have had and went far beyond anything I expected as my attorney. She has my best interests at heart. She is THE BEST choice in Saline County!! Anna, her paralegal is none other than ridiculously amazing as well. Anna is respectful, kind, and she carries herself with class. She directly possesses an epitome of professionalism that you would want when you walk in somewhere and you feel like all is lost or you are at your witts end, Anna makes you feel welcome and that there is hope, because you are at the Riggan Law Firm and that's exactly what you are gonna get! Professionalism, class, someone who is gonna fight for you, respect and understanding. Kristin is the right choice, and Anna is her right hand. I WILL not do business with another attorney EVER. I was very pleased with the work of this office. They proved to be timely and very knowledgeable about issues I was experiencing at the time. They are friendly yet straightforward and will give you options on how to proceeded with your case. I have dropped by unannounced becaue i Had questions or I was overwhelmed with a new minor crisis and even though they were very busy took a minute to give me advice and how to proceed to help resolve my problems. This office has saved me so much money and heartache with their sound legal advice.

She represented some one I know in a visitation modification case. Child told her and the therapist that he saw he wanted to see has mom more to be fair. She did home studies if that is what she called it . She never filed the report with the court until day of court. She showed favoritism with the other party and did not stand up for child. She had gotten several areas in report confused and twisted.Not one time did she tell the judge what child said just tried to make it a big deal about other stupid issues. On a side note if a child has a active mom or dad in their life that's their parent. It is not right when the other parent makes the child call the other mom or dad. That is parental alienation and child abuse but the court system is to corrupt to really fix it ..I sat in that court room with disgust with all the attorneys and judge . Justice was not served and you should be ashamed of your selves

Honest, caring and can be a bulldog when necessary. I recommend her to anyone needing lawyering.

If I were you guys I would not use them. Me and my husband had a appt with a ms. Kim she cancelled on us at the last minute same day. That's fine we met with someone else in the firm. Than we sent all necessary paperwork work to meet with her again the fowlliwing monday morning. I got up at 4.30am all for nothing she cancelled on me 40 mins before we were suppose to meet again. So if you are looking for someone professional they are not the firm you need to be using. I wasted a week in a half on this firm because they told me we could do something all to be lied to.
