Josh is a hard worker and cares about his clients. I have asked him to research and advise on several legal issues for me, and he has done a good job.

I have used this firm since they opened. All of the attorneys here are extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently toward my case. Not only did they take the time to listen, but genuinely cared about fighting for what was right. My case was a divorce with child custody. All of the lawyers here stepped up and helped me explore my possibilities. I was ultimately represented by William Prettyman, and I would (and have on numerous occasions) recommended not only William, but each lawyer at the firm to others. Keep it up guys!!!

Josh Mostyn is amazing. We lost my uncle and he had no will. Josh made everything so easy and was so supportive. We couldnt of asked for a better lawyer.

Being appointed by a court does not give you insight into a family anymore than a 15 min conversation does.. one would think that being appointed would encourage these people to take their time to gather information from something more than Facebook before making a decision as serious as what is in a child's best interest. Especially if the one making the suggestions clearly has no personal experience to start with. Not to say that with some actual work a childless person wouldn't be capable but hell I had a longer meeting with my dry cleaner then this guy did with my friends family. And all he did actually do is cause the whole family including the child a whole lot of unnecessary drama. Because one he showed up they had two people to fight over. And in the end the adlitem walked away and left the child in a worse mess then there was before he showed up. At least try to pretend it's the kids and not the money you care about. Geeze.

Malpractice= See Webster for definition or just hire one of the lawyer's here and see it first hand . Then you can listen to the runaround they will give you and how even if they mess up (paperwork) how you are still going to pay for the extra time spent fixing it. And when your lawyer is found in contempt for not having paperwork into the court in the allotted time they where given then basically it your fault ( the client ) . And if you make a phone call to your lawyer about a mistake you caught that they made on your court order. Guess what more charges!! Plus if you ask your lawyer to file for contempt on the other party maybe just maybe a month later you will get a response. But the best part is when someone you know that is not even part of the case post a review, because they know how bad this law firm is working you (the client) over. They will call the client and threaten them that if the post is not taken down that they will no longer represent them and all money is still owed!

If I could give William Prettyman ZERO stars, I WOULD. He likes to drag his heels getting things done for clients and when you come to him with issues, he refuses to fix them. All he cares about is money, not you or your family’s wellbeing. Don’t waste your time or money with him, or anybody else at this law firm for that matter.
