Do not use this attorney they are in cahoots with benton county! If you want a plea deal maybe you should use them though. But if you want to win or get off your charges hire somebody else!

I would not recommend this law firm. Kendon Underwood was hired to represent me in a family law matter, and almost $3,000 later, he got nothing resolved. He fought with me every step of the way and even told me a mother doesn’t have their children’s best interest at heart, only a judge has a child’s best interest at heart. WRONG! He also said if I don’t like the law to go to my state legislature. Not innovative or “thinking outside the box” like they advertise. When I complained to Mr.Woodard, he took Kendon’s side of course. I fired Kendon and am now represented by a new lawyer who has already got the visitation reduced and more money in my pocket from my ex, and we haven’t even gone to court yet!! I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are good lawyers out there in NWA; this business is just not one of them.
