I was in a car accident back in September. I had insurance and the man that hit me from behind did as well, so that was a good start. Well, I tried to handle it all myself, but never getting hurt in a car accident that involved another motorist, I had no idea what I was doing. So because of that, it was going no where. It took months before I even got someone on the phone from the at fault insurance agency, and even then they made me out to be the bad guy with attitude and disrespect. I attempted to handle it all myself, with advise from my insurance agency, but even that wasn’t enough. I had no idea what the laws were, what I was entitled, and etc. So when I received my first collections medical bill, I drew the line and went looking for an attorney. I knew at that point I couldn’t do it myself anymore. I found the Mulkey Law Firm on google maps, all 5 stars and decided to call them up. I went in and interviewed them that day and told them my situation. Bruce, the attorney, agreed that they were giving me the runaround and were probably purposely ignoring and avoiding my calls and emails. Amazing people! Completely down to earth and kind. Bruce didn’t make me feel stupid for not speaking or understanding attorney lingo. Gladly and patiently he would explain every question I asked with respect. Loved his confidence, NOT egotistical, but confident in what he does. He’s very knowledgeable, which was reassuring. I’m pretty controlling, but when I knew I was in over my head and needed help, I felt confident in their abilities to take the reins and take over. And I could for once, relax and sit back and let them do their jobs. I felt I could trust this law firm with my case, so I decided to hire them on the spot. They got to work instantly, that day. They constantly kept me updated on every little contact and update. I never had to wait for answers or call backs. They worked fast. And Elaine was amazing too.
