I hired the Mulkey Law Firm December 6, 2016. My husband was killed in a horriffic crash December 5, 2016. From the day Bruce Mulkey took on my case he worked continuously for 18 months for justice to prevail. My husband was killed by a drunk log truck driver who was 4 times over the legal limit at 6:25 in the morning. From hiring reconstructive analysis to truckin experts to having other experts on hand, Bruce fought hard on my case. We prevailed summary judgement, we won but no matter how much we won it will never bring back my husband. It started out as I was a client, but by the time this case was over I had gained a friendship with him and his family.

We hired Mr. Mulkey for an automobile accident injury. He was great at answering the phone himself, not his office staff. He would send emails often to keep us informed. We T-boned a person that pulled directly out in front of us without warning and I knew that due to the damage of the car and our personal injuries we'd need representation. I hope we're never in that situation again but if we are, we'll definitely be reaching back out to Bruce and Elaine. I've always held lawyers and insurance companies in the same regard, they're untrustworthy thieves that will screw you 7 ways from Sunday. Hands down Bruce and Elaine are the best lawyers! They called me within minutes of me leaving a voicemail to first talk with them. They will also keep you informed of everything they are doing for and send you copy’s of what they send to the other person. I hope I never have another car accident, but if I do they will be my first choice.
