Frank Dudeck is an excellent Elder Law attorney. He took care of my mother's estate and is now taking care of my needs. Honest, and trustworthy. Has never steered me wrong. Highly recommend him to anyone needing counsel about how to protect their assets from being sucked up by the government or other entities.

Been hesitating to write this review, but after waiting two years for assistance, I'll go ahead. In the summer of 2017, my dying mother in law sought the legal counsel of Dudeck Law Firm to make a living trust. The trust was made, obviously hastily as it listed her boyfriend at the time as her son, along with a few other factual errors. My wife and I were willed two pieces of commercial land, one of which has a title discrepancy that could easily be resolved by a law firm, but Dudeck dodges our calls and refuses to help us, telling us that the land is tied up in an LLC (many years defunct, with both owners now deceased) and they can do nothing. We were left dealing with title companies on our own and eventually hiring another law firm. Dudeck law firm collected their fees for setting up the initial trust and have been ZERO help since. It is hard enough to lose a loved one. An unnecessary two year struggle over a simple clerical issue on a title is simply insult to injury. If you are looking for someone to set up your living trust, I would look elsewhere.

The best lawyers in town

This law firm was absolutely no help at all. We gave them a large amount of money & in return got nothing. Quite frankly I could've done every bit of what they did & it wouldn't have cost mother a dime. Perhaps if there is a large sum of money to deal with they are more efficient. The attorneys were nice.
